What You'll Do:

Handle new patient referrals with urgency and professionalism

Coordinate with physicians, families, and referral sources

Verify insurance and secure necessary authorizations

Collaborate with clinical teams to schedule care start dates

Ensure accurate documentation in our EMR system

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years home health intake experience preferred

Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and insurance verification

Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills

EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency

Must be able to work on-site in Falls Church
