About This Position
DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION
-
Provides treatments for patients with a wide variety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence. Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical record to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies.

Experience:
-
Two years experience preferred.
Entry-level acceptable.

Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapist assistant with an Associate's degree in area of major. Ability to comprehend and write the English language.

MAPTA - MA Physical Therapy Assistant License.
CPR - CPR is required.
-
Must possess sight/hearing senses to use prostheses that will enable these senses to function adequately so the requirements of the position can be fully met.
