As a Host Home Provider, you’ll open your home to an individual with disabilities and provide a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where they can grow, build independence, and truly feel at home.

You’ll be paid a daily rate while working from home—creating a unique opportunity to combine purpose with flexibility.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting day-to-day life, independence, and personal growth.

• Teach and model essential life skills like cooking, cleaning, and home organization
• Support budgeting, decision-making, and problem-solving
• Encourage healthy routines and independence

• Spend meaningful time together (games, TV, activities, conversation)
• Encourage physical activity like walks or exercise
• Support social engagement and community involvement

• Provide behavior support as needed
• Assist with transportation to appointments, school, or programs (based on client needs)
• Ensure a safe, stable, and positive home environment

• Complete timely notes and monthly reports
• Maintain accurate documentation (including Axis system entries)
• Attend required meetings and team huddles
• Complete all required training and certifications

• Client must have their own private bedroom
• Up to 3 clients per host home (household members count toward this ratio and must pass background checks)
• Reliable transportation required

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
