- The Access Rep III is considered a Patient Access subject matter expert and handles medium to high complexity registration, financial counseling, customer service, and benefits related-concerns.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Post-High School education preferred

Required length and type of experience:- 2 years' experience in patient registration, scheduling or related medical ?field
- Familiar with medical insurance payers, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines
- Medical terminology knowledge
- Customer service experience
- Payment collection experience

Required licensure, certification or registry:- CHAA or related medical certification preferred.
