Logan Property Management (LPM) is seeking a highly organized, accountable, and hands-on Roving Assistant Community Manager to support operations across two sister SRO properties—Trolley Court Inn and Peachtree Apartments (up to 450 units)
This role acts as a right-hand partner to the Roving Community Manager and Roving Leasing Manager, helping drive day-to-day execution across operations, leasing, and maintenance.
The ideal candidate is a strong operator and numbers-driven professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with diverse resident populations. This individual must be confident in holding standards, addressing issues directly, and ensuring accountability across the team while maintaining professionalism.
Property Operations & Oversight
- Support and help lead daily operations across both SRO properties
- Partner closely with the Roving Community Manager on operational execution and priorities
- Monitor property performance, including occupancy, delinquency, and expenses
- Ensure property standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements are consistently met
Financial & Administrative Management
- Track and report on key property metrics (occupancy, collections, delinquency, turn times)
- Assist with rent collections, notices, and delinquency follow-up
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation
- Support budgeting efforts and identify opportunities to control costs
Maintenance Coordination & Oversight
- Oversee and hold the maintenance team accountable for timely and quality service completion
- Coordinate work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance schedules
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure property condition standards are met
- Partner with vendors and ensure service quality and cost efficiency
Leasing & Resident Experience
- Support the Leasing Manager with leasing activities, including tours, applications, and move-ins
- Step in as needed to maintain leasing velocity and occupancy goals
- Address resident concerns directly, professionally, and with urgency
- Maintain a structured and consistent approach to resident interactions
Team Support & Leadership
- Act as a key support and escalation point for onsite staff
- Help enforce policies, procedures, and performance expectations
- Support training, onboarding, and day-to-day team coordination
- Foster a structured, accountable, and performance-driven environment
- 5+ years of property management experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong experience in operations, financials, and team oversight
- Comfortable working in SRO and high-demand urban environments with diverse populations
- Proven ability to hold teams accountable and drive results
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and numbers-driven
- Strong communication skills with the ability to be direct, firm, and professional
- Experience with property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata preferred)
- Ability to flex between multiple properties and priorities
- Primary Location: Peachtree Apartments with regular coverage at Trolley Court Inn
- Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts; flexibility required based on property needs
- Physical Requirements: Walking properties, conducting inspections, occasional lifting up to 15 lbs
- Travel: Regular local travel between sister properties required
- Strong control over occupancy, collections, and operations
- Maintenance team is responsive, accountable, and organized
- Leasing momentum is consistent and supported when needed
- Property runs with structure, consistency, and clear expectations
- Leadership team has a reliable right-hand partner they can depend on
