What You’ll Do

• Complete a wide range of residential repairs and maintenance, including:
– doors, trim, and carpentry work
– drywall repair and painting
– fixture installation and minor plumbing/electrical
– caulking, sealing, and general home upkeep

• Deliver high-quality, 5-star workmanship on every job
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Help train and guide apprentice technicians on proper techniques and standards
• Represent TruBlue as a trusted Home Service Ally in the community

What We’re Looking For• 5+ years of residential handyman, construction, or home service experience
• Strong skills across multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, minor electrical/plumbing)
• Ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish
• A natural leader who enjoys teaching and mentoring others
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationWho You Are
