SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified C5ISRT Senior Systems Engineer.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Summary: Senior system engineer supporting rapid prototype design and development of C5ISRT system solutions for manned and unmanned programs. Support system/subsystem design, development, integration, test and demonstration activities for C5ISRT systems. Candidatewill be required to support design and development of prototype system.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and review Concept of Operations documentation.
  • Develop and review system capabilities / requirements traceability matrix.
  • Support design and programmatic reviews.
  • Feasibility studies on.
  • Support test plan development.
  • Coordinate at-sea demonstration evaluation/test events.

Candidates will be required to develop:

  • Project system level requirements.
  • Project schedules.
  • Project cost estimates.
  • CONOPS.
  • Coordinate test events in laboratories and on-board platforms.

Qualifications:

Education: MS in Engineering discipline and advanced degree or certificate in Program Management

Experience: 10 years of experience:

Ideal Skills and Experience:

  • Background in Electronic Warfare, Radar and Communication systems.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Security Clearance: Top Secret with ability to get SCI.

As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and viewing computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
