Position Overview

Were hiring dependable Repack Operators for a busy manufacturing facility in Waynesville. This position involves filling, packaging, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment while following established production and safety procedures.

Choose the schedule that works best for you:

• 1st Shift 2 Openings: MondayThursday, 5:15 AM5:30 PM

• 2nd Shift 2 Openings: MondayThursday, 5:15 PM5:30 AM

• Weekend Shift 6 Openings: FridaySunday, 5:15 AM7:00 PM

The weekend schedule offers four days off!

Responsibilities

• Fill and package products according to customer specifications.

• Inspect products for quality and verify labels and identification.

• Pack, stack, and palletize boxes according to specifications.

• Follow production, safety, and quality procedures.

• Report on equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors.

• Complete required paperwork and training.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Participate in cross-training and process improvement activities.

• Communicate and work effectively with team members.

Requirements

• Dependable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to read and write English and understand numerical sequences and lot numbers.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous high-volume manufacturing experience preferred.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Reliable transportation required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.

• Stand for extended periods.

• Bend, climb, pull, and lift as needed.

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, including occasional outdoor work.

• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
