Taylor Logistics is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our West Chester, OH location.

• Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse employees to achieve daily goals.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including staffing, scheduling, and productivity.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Monitor performance, recognize achievements, and support employee development.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and warehouse processes.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Two or more years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
• A team player with a Hungry, Humble, Smart, and Can-Do Attitude!

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

This position requires work in a warehouse environment with loud noises and changing/challenging climates (hot/cold based on the season). You must be able to bend, grasp, kneel, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. You must be capable of deft finger movements for control of the forklift and enough visual acuity to maneuver in tight spaces without damage to product.
