Operational Excellence:

• Assist in day-to-day retail operations, including process purchases, returns, and exchanges, accurately using the POS system
• Follow company policies and operational standards with integrity and excellence
• Adhere to inventory accuracy and compliance standards to ensure company assets are safe
• Take pride in maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming store environment which align with company Health and Safety regulations
• Approach assigned tasks with a positive attitude and alignment with Lammle’s mission and values

Merchandise Mindset:

• Support company visual standards through consistent merchandise presentation
• Replenish stock and assist with merchandise displays, follow visual merchandising standards to bring the Lammle’s vision to life
• Receive, move, and distribute merchandise as needed to help with sales and promotions
• Support company visual standards through consistent merchandise presentation in accordance to company standards and brand image
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for Western wear and strong product knowledge

Qualifications:

• Retail experience is an asset

Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts of up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
