About This Position

Product Manager, Crypto
Palo Alto, CA - Full time

About Nclusion
Nclusion is on a mission to provide traditional financial services to 1.4 billion people worldwide without access today. Without a secure way to save, invest, or transfer money, individuals are not empowered to accumulate short or long-term wealth. We're changing that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most.

About the Role
You’ll own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Nclusion’s onchain financial systems. You’ll work at the intersection of real-world financial inclusion and blockchain infrastructure, translating mission-driven outcomes into elegant, scalable crypto solutions.
This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role that partners closely with engineering, finance, legal, and operations to shape products that are both technically sound and human-centered.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead crypto product strategy: define and prioritize the platform roadmap for onchain features including digital wallets, custody, payments, token exchanges, and compliance tooling.
  • Translate complexity into clarity: work closely with engineers to productize blockchain features for real users.
  • Bridge product & protocol: own the interface between product logic and smart contracts, defining APIs, contract behavior, and user flows.
  • Drive outcomes, not outputs: anchor every initiative to measurable impact on financial access, trust, and transaction costs.
  • Collaborate across teams: partner with finance, data, and operations to ensure solutions fit cultural and operational realities in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and other markets.
  • Champion reliability & security: shape requirements around custody, key management, compliance, and observability, balancing user experience with rigor.
  • Represent the user, globally: gather insights from real field research to inform everything from stablecoin integrations to currency/token exchange UX.

What You Bring to the Table
  • 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of technical or crypto products at scale.
  • Deep understanding of crypto infrastructure: blockchains (such as Solana or Base), stablecoins, custody models, and wallets.
  • Proven collaboration with engineering teams on protocol, smart contract, or developer platform work.
  • Strong systems thinking: you can reason across onchain/offchain boundaries and anticipate second-order effects.
  • Executional excellence: you’ve shipped products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and driven measurable outcomes.
  • Strong communication and leadership: a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and execution.
  • Empathy for emerging markets: you’re motivated by real-world impact and understand the importance of trust, simplicity, and resilience.

Bonus Points
  • Experience with custodial systems, MPC wallets, or key management
  • Familiarity with FX, DEX, remittances, microfinance, or payments
  • Prior work on blockchain-based lending or gaming primitives
