Rooftop Server (Part-Time) at Cambria Hotel Nashville Midtown – Nashville, Tennessee

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will be for The Rux at Cambria Nashville Midtown. Responsible for the prompt, courteous service to restaurant guests; serving food and drink as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Take and serve food and beverage orders.
• Record all sales using the appropriate POS system and follow all cash handling procedures. All guest payments are processed according to established procedures.
• Ensure alcohol awareness procedures are in place and notify supervisor of any guest incidents.
• Completes opening and closing side-work consistent with property expectations.
• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
• Perform all other duties deemed necessary by management.

• Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds.
