Spine Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Spine Care team. This role is integral to our mission of providing comprehensive and specialized care to patients with spine-related conditions. The APP will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Patient Management: Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and manage follow-up care for patients with spine-related conditions.

· Collaboration: Work in collaboration with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care both in the in-patient and out-patient setting.

· Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about spine health, treatment options, and preventive measures.

· Procedural Support: Assist in performing and managing spine-related procedures as needed.

· Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications:

· Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with relevant experience in spine care or orthopedic care.

· Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage a high volume of patients.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the healthcare team and educate patients.

· Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
