We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team remotely as Benefits Representatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping others and is looking to build a long-term career. All client interactions are with union members who have requested our services — no cold calling or prospecting required. Full training and mentorship are provided.

What you’ll do:

• Schedule and hold virtual appointments with members who’ve requested coverage

• Present benefit options and explain eligibility requirements via video conferencing

• Assist with application completion and quality control follow-ups

• Learn leadership skills and participate in optional team development sessions
