Meridian Restoration is hiring Water & Fire Mitigation Technicians to help restore homes and businesses after damage from water, fire, or mold. If you’ve worked in construction, janitorial services, restoration, HVAC, or other hands-on roles, this is your chance to grow into a rewarding career.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with cleanup and demolition after water, fire, or mold damage
- Perform water extraction, debris removal, and equipment setup
- Work on a team with clear guidance from Project Managers
- Handle jobsite cleanup and materials removal
- Be available for on-call shifts and overtime
What You Need
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor
- Previous experience in Water Mitigation and Construction
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, team-focused attitude
- Flexible schedule – nights/weekends as needed
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
