Concrete Finisher at Bellingham Marine Industries – Dixon, California

Bellingham Marine Industries is seeking an experienced Precast Concrete Finisher to join our Casting team. This position is responsible for applying high-quality picture frame and broom finishes to precast concrete products while ensuring durability and visual appeal. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment. Overtime may be required to meet production deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply picture frame and broom finishes to precast concrete elements according to project specifications.
• Utilize tools such as trowels, floats, brushes, and edging tools to achieve the desired finish.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, consistency, and quality control.
• Assist in the pouring, leveling, and curing of precast concrete products.
• Perform touch-ups and repairs as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals.
• Be available for overtime as needed to complete projects on schedule.
