Service Porter at Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Winter Haven – Winter Haven, Florida

Mahalak Auto Group is looking for a dependable and energetic Service Porter to join our busy service team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get hands-on experience in the automotive industry while supporting a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll work closely with service advisors and the service manager to help keep the service drive running smoothly.

Responsibilities – Service Department Porter:

• Greet customers in the service drive and assist with vehicle intake
• Move, park, and retrieve vehicles for service advisors and technicians
• Help maintain a clean and organized service drive and shop area
• Assist advisors with tagging keys and keeping track of vehicle flow
• Wash and vacuum customer vehicles as needed before delivery
• Shuttle customers when needed
• Be available to support the service team with day-to-day tasks as needed

Qualifications – Service Department Porter:

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to take direction and help where needed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
