Position Summary
We are looking for a dedicated PRN Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Ironton, MO. The PT will provide evaluation and treatment for patients with mobility, function, strength, and positioning challenges, in line with APTA scope of practice and licensure guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services
  
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
  
• Maintain accurate, professional documentation in the medical record
  
• Provide staff education and in-services for restorative and functional maintenance programs
  
• Model CRI’s core values of Commitment, Respect, and Integrity in all interactions
  

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license (required)
  
• Outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred
  
• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  
• Passion for patient-focused care
