This is not a desk job — it’s a leadership role in the field. You’ll be managing people, solving problems, keeping equipment running, and making sure every customer leaves satisfied.What You’ll Do- Lead daily operations at a high-volume car wash
- Hire, supervise, train, and schedule staff for efficiency and service excellence
- Oversee equipment functionality and perform mechanical troubleshooting
- Drive sales, memberships, and customer satisfaction goals
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and overall performance
- Report metrics and results to upper managementWhat We’re Looking For- Car wash management experience preferred (but not required if you’re a strong leader in another fast-paced industry)
- Mechanical aptitude – ability to troubleshoot and maintain car wash equipment
- Leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, or dry)
- Someone who’s not afraid of hard work, getting dirty, and leading by example
- 50 hours per week, Saturdays required
- Valid driver’s licenseCompensation & Benefits- Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience)
- Performance Bonuses: $15,000 – $25,000 annually
