Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the arrangement and positioning of meat products on shelves and in display cases to ensure optimal visibility and sales performance.
• Plan and execute attractive displays based on promotional campaigns, sales goals, and seasonal demands.
• Monitor stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment and proper organization of products to maintain a customer-friendly layout.
• Manage expiration dates of perishable items, ensuring compliance with food safety and health standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of meat products to ensure freshness, quality, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Handle refunds, exchanges, or disposal of disqualified or damaged products following company policies.
• Research and source meat products from reliable suppliers to meet customer preferences and market trends.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and consistent supply.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, addressing concerns and resolving issues to ensure a steady supply chain.
• Recruit, train, and onboard meat department staff, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor their performance to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards.
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Conduct routine training and audits to reinforce safety practices and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding meat products, providing expert recommendations and solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 3 years of meat retail experience, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
• Knowledge of industry trends, products, pricing, and food safety regulations; proficiency in relevant software and systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin
