Production Seamstress in Lancaster, Pennsylvania at Dutch Clips LLC

Dutchware Gear is a leading manufacturer of high-quality outdoor gear and camping equipment. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our team.

As a Seamstress for Dutchware Gear, you will be responsible for producing high-quality outdoor gear and equipment using various fabrics and materials. You will work closely with our design team to create prototypes and production samples, and you will be responsible for ensuring that all final products meet our strict quality standards.

• Operate sewing machines and other equipment to produce high-quality outdoor gear and equipment
• Cut and sew fabric according to established patterns and specifications
• Collaborate with our design team to create prototypes and production samples
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities as needed

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a seamstress or tailor is preferred but not required
• Experience working with industrial sewing machines and other equipment
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and sewing techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
