Already hold your Life & Health license and ready to put it to work? Jay Jarvis – State Farm in Germantown is adding a Licensed Life Insurance Agent who will focus on life insurance and financial protection for families in our community. You'll get a steady base salary, warm leads from our existing book, and the training and support of an established State Farm office.

What you'll do

• Hold needs-based conversations with existing and new clients about life insurance and long-term financial protection
• Run life insurance quotes, present options clearly, and close policies
• Review current customers' coverage to find life insurance gaps and cross-sell opportunities
• Set your own appointments and follow up consistently to build a pipeline
• Partner with the agency's sales and service team on referrals

What you'll earn

• $40,000 base salary
• Bonus and commission with total earning potential of $80,000+

What you need

• Active Life & Health license (required)
• Property & Casualty license, or willingness to earn it after hire (we'll support you)
• Experience selling life insurance, financial products, or another consultative sale
• Comfort calling prospects and booking appointments
• Strong written, verbal, and listening skills
