Merchandise Processor - Outbound & Picking

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Merchandise Processor to join our Fulfillment/Shipping team. In this role, you'll process and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining our quality standards. You'll follow established procedures, catch and raise issues before orders leave the building, and help the team keep pace with daily shipping volume.

What You'll Do

Pick customer orders accurately using our current manual picking processProcess, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficientlyCheck items and order details carefully to prevent picking and shipping errorsFollow established picking, packing, and shipping proceduresIdentify and report discrepancies, damaged products, or order issuesMaintain an organized work area and a steady pace to meet daily fulfillment needsWork safely and collaboratively to support timely order shipments
