About the Role:

Odaseva is looking for a Product Manager to join our awesome Product team based between Paris and San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities:

Security & Data products management

  • Owning Product Vision to Backlog with mature product management capabilities, facilitating a culture of continuous collaboration and value realization with customers.
  • Maintain existing products while driving innovation for new product lines, co-construct with early adopters.
  • Working hands on with engineering to transform vision into actual delivery
  • Creating a clear and concise product vision/roadmaps and well-articulated value proposition that is measurable and enables quantification of business value. Measure and drive product adoption.
  • Partnering closely with the product marketing to articulate our value proposition and build GTM assets
  • Juggling multiple issues, setting expectations and prioritizing accordingly.

Professionalize prioritization

  • Quantify reach, impact, confidence & effort (by collaboration with engineering) to maximise the value creation with constrained resources
  • Apply agile principles resulting in shorter development cycles, fast feedback, and continuous discovery.
  • Partnering with engineering and operations teams to build measures that allow teams to focus on removing waste from product development.

Executive influence
Communicating with executive business partners and influencing senior Business Technology leadership.

Experience and Background:
  • 8+ years of B2B Product Management experience with a previous experience in a PM role within a SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated track record of product leadership, with a specific focus on Data, APIs and security
  • Good understanding of technical concepts, capabilities to learn and experiment quickly
  • Master product prioritization methodologies (such as RICE) and supporting tools (JIRA Discovery for example)
  • Proven ability to ship features end-to-end in close collaboration with engineers,
  • Constantly curious, seeking better ways to solve customer and business problems,
  • Highly organized and proactive with the desire to be a key player on a results-oriented team,
  • Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail and manage multiple projects simultaneously,
  • Strong creative thinking skills — you're able to build upon and improve the ideas of others as well as come up with new ideas,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, clear, concise, and user-centric (including prospects and customers regular communication, co-construction and seeking for feedback),
  • Master's degree or equivalent,
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
Bonus Points:
  • Knowledge with the Salesforce ecosystem,
  • Previous experience in data management, cybersecurity and privacy
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Where you'll be
  • Based in Paris (75002), France.
  • Hybrid: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote work.
  • Full time permanent contract position.
