The Basics
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Valid driver's license and insurance preferred
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email, internet)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout your shift
Preferred:
- Retail leadership experience
- Previous experience as a Lead Retail or Production Associate
- Experience training or coaching team members
