This role is a high-impact, client-facing enterprise sales position focused on driving growth across a strategic portfolio of banking customers within the payments domain.
You will act as a key hunter and relationship builder, responsible for expanding services business and strengthening long-term partnerships with major financial institutions across APAC.
The position combines consultative selling, strategic account planning, and complex stakeholder management in large enterprise environments.
You will work closely with internal product, sales, and technical teams to identify opportunities and shape tailored solutions for client needs.
This is a highly autonomous role requiring strong pipeline ownership, proactive engagement, and consistent execution against ambitious revenue targets.
You will operate as a trusted advisor, influencing senior decision-makers while contributing directly to business growth in a competitive fintech landscape.
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales activities across a defined portfolio of banking clients, with a strong focus on expanding payments-related services revenue.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and consistent account engagement.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving business, technology, procurement, and executive-level decision-makers.
- Build and execute strategic account plans based on deep understanding of client needs, challenges, and market dynamics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for payments transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, product, and technical teams to align solutions with customer requirements and drive joint success.
