This role is a senior technical leadership position responsible for designing, governing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across complex enterprise environments. You will define end-to-end architecture for multi-cloud implementations, ensuring solutions are secure, high-performing, and aligned with business objectives. The position requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce ecosystem design, integration strategies, and large-scale system optimization. You will act as a key advisor to stakeholders, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. You will also play a critical role in shaping DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and overall platform reliability. This is a high-impact role suited for an experienced architect who thrives in complex, fast-moving enterprise environments.
In this role, you will lead the technical design and governance of Salesforce solutions, ensuring architectural excellence, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards across all implementations.
- Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture for complex business processes across multiple clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud
- Design scalable integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft and Boomi
- Own technical decisions related to Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and system integrations
- Establish data governance frameworks, migration strategies, and performance optimization approaches for large-scale systems
- Guide development teams on coding standards, reusable design patterns, and best practices for Salesforce development
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security, scalability, and governor limit compliance
- Lead CI/CD and DevOps strategy implementation using tools such as Copado and Gearset
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, and solution architects to align technical delivery with business needs
- Review and approve technical components including Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, and integration logic
- Support system testing, performance testing, and UAT cycles while ensuring solution quality and stability
- Maintain detailed architecture documentation and technical design artifacts
This role requires extensive Salesforce architecture experience, strong technical depth, and the ability to lead enterprise-scale solution design across complex systems and teams.
- 10–15 years of experience in Salesforce, including at least 5 years in a Technical Architect role
- Strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Revenue Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and security best practices
- Strong experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft and Boomi
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and version control systems
- Familiarity with DevOps platforms such as Copado or Gearset
- Strong knowledge of AppExchange ecosystem tools (e.g., DocuSign, Conga, OwnBackup, and others)
- Experience designing scalable data models, migration strategies, and system performance optimization
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, Integration Architecture Designer, Platform Developer I & II, and Technical Architect are highly preferred
- Nice to have: exposure to Agentforce, CPQ, or Revenue Cloud enhancements
