We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant I to support our healthcare providers and enhance patient experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians during interventional procedures, including operating C-Arm imaging equipment
  • Prepare and maintain clinical areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for procedures
  • Support patient care by taking vital signs, documenting medical histories, and preparing patients for examinations
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, patient check-in/out, and maintaining accurate medical records
  • Ensure proper functioning and safety of C-Arm equipment and other clinical tools
  • Adhere to all safety, health, and privacy regulations, including HIPAA compliance
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant certification program preferred

- Prior experience in a clinical setting is a plus

- Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and EHR systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a professional demeanor
