This role is centered on delivering seamless, high-quality digital event experiences for global clients using a leading event management platform. You will act as the main point of coordination for event organizers, ensuring smooth execution from onboarding through to event delivery and post-event support. The position requires strong project management skills, the ability to manage multiple complex timelines, and the confidence to operate under pressure in fast-moving environments. You will collaborate closely with clients, sales teams, and internal product and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. The role also involves anticipating challenges, resolving issues proactively, and continuously improving processes to enhance event outcomes. This is a highly client-facing position where organization, communication, and problem-solving directly influence the success of high-profile global events.

• Manage end-to-end event project delivery, ensuring smooth execution across virtual and digital event experiences
• Gather client requirements, define project scope, timelines, roles, and responsibilities with all stakeholders
• Coordinate with sales teams during pre-sales phases to support proposals, scoping, and solution design
• Track project milestones, maintain documentation, and provide regular status updates and reporting
• Oversee onboarding and training of clients to ensure effective use of the platform
• Identify risks, anticipate issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure project continuity
• Collaborate with customer operations and product teams to improve processes and enhance user experience
• Ensure high service quality, timely delivery, and efficient resource utilization across all assigned projects

• 2+ years of experience in project management within event management or IT/digital project environments
• Strong understanding of digital event workflows such as registration systems, event websites, and virtual event tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience using project management tools and platforms
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changing requirements
• Experience in event technology platforms such as Gevme is a plus
• Degree or diploma in IT, business, or related field is an advantage
