  • Partner with internal teams including Legal, Sales, PR, and business leadership to align policy strategy with commercial goals.
  • Enable business opportunities in regulated sectors such as public sector and financial services through effective policy engagement.
  • Facilitate executive-level engagement between leadership and key government stakeholders to strengthen strategic relationships.
Requirements:
  • 16+ years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or regulatory roles, preferably within technology or multinational environments.
  • Strong understanding of Indian government structures, regulatory processes, and policy development frameworks.
  • Proven track record of building and managing senior-level relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies.
  • Deep expertise in technology policy areas such as AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data privacy, and digital governance.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence complex policy environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with business, legal, and communications teams.
  • Self-driven leader with strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in high-stakes environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive executive-level compensation package aligned with senior leadership roles.
  • Opportunity to shape national and regional technology policy in a high-impact strategic role.
  • Exposure to global leadership teams and cross-functional collaboration across business units.
  • Inclusive and innovative work culture focused on trust, equality, and long-term impact.
  • Strong career visibility within a global organization at the forefront of AI and digital transformation.
  • Opportunity to influence regulatory frameworks that shape the future of technology ecosystems.
  • Comprehensive benefits supporting employee well-being, flexibility, and professional growth.
