WHAT WE DO:

At N.E.W. Landscape & Lawn Care, we don’t just maintain properties—we protect them year-round. When winter hits, we rise to the challenge. We keep businesses running, driveways clear, and communities safe. We do it with pride, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to reliability. Snow storms don’t wait, and neither do we.

Working at N.E.W. Landscape & Lawn Care during the winter is high-stakes, fast-moving, and deeply rewarding. You’ll need hustle, grit, and accountability—because when snow is falling, our clients count on us more than ever. You’ll be expected to take high ownership, stay cool under pressure, and lead with confidence and care.

We’re on a mission to make snow removal stress-free and dependable for our clients—and our Core Values are what make that mission possible.

We provide snow plowing, salting, de-icing, and sidewalk clearing services to both residential and commercial clients with consistency, speed, and safety.

WHO WE ARE: (Our Core Values)

At N.E.W. Landscape & Lawn Care, these values guide everything we do:

  • Team First: Snow removal is a team sport—we’ve got each other’s backs.
  • Grow or Die: Every storm teaches us something—we’re always improving.
  • Have Fun Doing It: We work hard, but we keep it light—even in a whiteout.

WHY JOIN OUR TEAM:

  • Be the hero your town needs when the weather turns tough.
  • Join a team that runs like a well-oiled machine, even in a blizzard.
  • Get rewarded for reliability, hard work, and top performance.
  • Operate high-end, well-maintained trucks and equipment.
  • Work flexible shifts during snow events—nights, early mornings, weekends.
  • Be part of a tight-knit crew that supports each other in the trenches.
  • Turn seasonal work into year-round opportunity with our growing company.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Responsible, reliable, and ready to roll when the snow starts falling.
  • Calm under pressure and focused in tough conditions.
  • Proud of keeping properties clean, clear, and safe.
  • Punctual, professional, and positive in attitude.
  • Capable of operating a plow truck, salt spreader, and other winter equipment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Report any mechanical issues immediately.
  • Keep truck clean, fueled, and ready for the next storm.

  • Handle basic questions or concerns courteously.
  • Report any property damage or hazards immediately.

QUALITY ASSURANCE & SAFETY

  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
  • Keep routes clear, not just passable—client satisfaction is the goal.
  • Be aware of obstacles, hazards, and traffic conditions at all times.
