Job Description
We are looking for hard workers to join a companty that is in manufacturing reusable plastic packaging and is a leader in the thermoforming industry. We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our 1st and 2nd shift team as a Machine Operator.
Responsibilities:
Operating air and hand tools including: routers, drills, scrapers, de-burring tools, and other basic hand tools
Operate machinery using established procedures
Load and unload equipment and materials
Maintaining a clean and organized work-station
Qualifications:
MINIMUM 3 years of experience in plant operations or other related fields
Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours
Benefits:
Starting pay: $17.00/hr plus .75 shift premium
Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance after 60 days
401k with 50% employer match up to 6% after 90 days
Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Paid Sick Leave
