Job Description
Custodial & Grounds Associate
Community Concepts Inc. is looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to fill the role of Custodial and Grounds Associate to support facilities in South Paris and Rumford. This position starts October 1st and is 40 hours per week. The applicant must be able to
- Complete tasks such as cleaning, grounds keeping, minor maintenance repairs, occasional shoveling of entryways, and completing necessary paperwork.
- Daily travel to Community Concepts Facilities.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
- Be a self-starter and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Regularly use of stairs to complete daily work
Starting Range of pay: $16.00-$18.00/hr depending on experience

To Qualify:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required
- Must have demonstrated experience with custodial or maintenance work
- Must have a clean driving record, process and maintain a valid Maine Driver’s License
- Pre-employment SBI, DMV, DHHS fingerprinting, sex offender registries, and federal debarment and fraud background checks must be completed and acceptable. These checks will be done initially as a condition of employment and as required ongoing.
