Angler's Hotel – Miami Beach is a boutique hotel located in the heart of South Beach, where personalized service and genuine hospitality are at the center of everything we do. We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor who enjoys leading by example, creating memorable guest experiences, and supporting a collaborative team environment.

What You'll DoAs the Front Desk Supervisor, you'll work alongside the Front Desk Manager to support the daily operations of the Front Office. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help guide the team during your assigned shifts, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and deliver exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the Front Desk Manager with the daily operation of the Front Office.
- Lead and support the Front Desk team during assigned shifts, providing guidance and ensuring excellent guest service.
- Assist with guest check-in, check-out, reservations, billing, and guest inquiries.
- Help train, coach, and support Front Desk Associates while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Monitor front desk operations and lobby presentation to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the Front Desk Manager when appropriate.
- Ensure hotel policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed.
- Assist in maintaining accurate guest records and daily front office documentation.
- Minimum of 2 years of hotel front desk experience, preferably with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys coaching, supporting, and motivating a team.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Experience using the Medialog Property Management System (PMS) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- English required; Spanish preferred. Additional languages are a plus.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
