Salary: $60,000 annually + bonus/commission opportunities

Power Dry has been a trusted leader in emergency water removal for over 37 years, proudly serving the greater Kansas City area. We are looking to grow our team with a dedicated and motivated Field Supervisor for Water and Mold Restoration Departments.

About the Role
The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring restoration projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and industry regulations. This position serves as a mentor and leader for field technicians by providing hands-on training, conducting job site audits, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in water and mold restoration, and the ability to develop team members while maintaining high-quality workmanship and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support field technicians on water, mold, and emergency restoration project
  • Train, coach, and mentor new hires on company procedures, equipment operation, safety protocols, and industry best practice
  • Conduct routine field audits to evaluate workmanship, job quality, documentation, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all restoration projects meet company standards, IICRC guidelines, and applicable local regulation
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and provide immediate corrective action when needed
  • Perform quality control inspections before project completion
  • Assist technicians with complex restoration projects and provide technical guidance in the field
  • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and accountability of company vehicles, tools, and restoration equipment
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including job notes, photographs, moisture readings, and project reports
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Estimators, and office staff to ensure efficient scheduling and communication
  • Respond to emergency service calls as needed, including after-hours and weekend rotations
  • Promote a culture of safety by enforcing OSHA regulations and company safety policies
  • Build positive relationships with customers by providing professional communication and resolving concerns promptly
  • Evaluate technician performance and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recommendations for advancement
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention of field personnel
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
