Supervisor, HR Solutions Center
Job Summary:
Provides direct supervision to Specialists in assigned HR Solutions Center functions, such as onboarding, employee information management, leave administration, or other services,
Supervisors ensure daily work is completed accurately and on time, compliance standards are met, and the employee/manager experience is positive,
Acts as a working lead and escalation point, while supporting staff development and team performance,
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Specialists to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of HR processes,
- Review and audit staff work regularly to confirm accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of deliverables,
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support for staff development, encouraging attention to detail and accountability,
- Monitor workload distribution and support equitable assignment of responsibilities across the team,
- Resolve escalated issues with professionalism and customer sensitivity, ensuring a positive employee/manager experience,
- Collaborate with Managers, Directors, and other HR teams to improve workflows and service delivery,
- Leverage HR systems with technical proficiency to generate reports, monitor metrics, and support process improvements,
- Foster a team culture of collegiality, inclusion, and strong customer service orientation,
- Identify training needs and recommend opportunities to strengthen staff skills,
- Ensure team deliverables are accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational expectations,
-Displays teamwork-focused engagement and flexibility to perform other tasks and ad hoc responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
- Associate s degree required; Bachelor s preferred,
- 2 4 years of HR operations experience in relevant function,
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred,
- Strong knowledge of relevant HR processes, workflows, and compliance standards,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
