Requirements:

About the Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners, Board members, and vendors across the communities we manage. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll provide exceptional customer service while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team.


What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound calls and emails from homeowners, Board members, and vendors.
  • Assist with questions regarding HOA accounts, assessments, community policies, and maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate with Community Managers to resolve resident concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely follow-up.
  • Support architectural requests, amenity reservations, and other community services.
We're Looking For
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • HOA, property management, or real estate experience is a plus—but not required.
