- Develop and execute a comprehensive consumer marketing strategy that increases brand awareness, trust, engagement, advocacy, and audience growth.
- Lead the evolution of brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all consumer-facing channels while ensuring consistency and relevance.
- Design and oversee integrated marketing campaigns spanning owned, earned, paid, social, partnership, influencer, and experiential channels.
- Build compelling content strategies and editorial programs that inspire participation, strengthen emotional connections, and showcase meaningful community impact.
- Identify emerging cultural trends, audience insights, and partnership opportunities to enhance market relevance and expand engagement with new generations of supporters.
- Collaborate with product marketing, communications, partnerships, and other internal stakeholders to align messaging, campaign execution, and strategic priorities.
- Establish performance metrics, monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze audience behavior, and provide executive-level reporting that connects marketing outcomes to business objectives.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing organization while fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- 12+ years of experience leading consumer marketing, brand strategy, integrated marketing, or audience engagement within consumer-facing, technology, marketplace, media, or mission-driven organizations.
- Proven track record of building brands that successfully drive both cultural relevance and measurable business growth.
- Deep expertise in brand development, integrated marketing campaigns, content strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Strong understanding of purpose-driven marketing and community-centered brand building.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-channel marketing initiatives with measurable impact.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills within complex organizations.
- Experience building, managing, and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage research, insights, and performance data to optimize strategy.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, storytelling, and executive leadership capabilities.
- Annual salary ranging from $195,000 to $292,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
