Regional VP, Nexity Technology Sales

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional VP, Nexity Technology Sales based in the United States.

This is a strategic sales leadership opportunity for an experienced technology professional who excels at driving new business growth and building long-term client partnerships. The role focuses on selling innovative hardware and software solutions while creating recurring revenue opportunities through SaaS and transaction-based models. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping organizations improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences through technology. This position combines consultative selling, financial acumen, and technical expertise to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from pipeline development and solution design to negotiation and successful deployment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and enjoys creating impact through technology-driven solutions.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive new revenue growth by selling technology hardware and software solutions across multiple industries and customer segments.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies focused on maximizing contract value through a combination of hardware sales, SaaS subscriptions, and transaction-based revenue streams.
  • Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, relationship development, client engagement, and market expansion activities.
  • Act as a trusted technology advisor to executives, owners, operators, and developers by communicating the value of solutions and their impact on business performance.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including opportunity creation, solution development, negotiation, contract execution, and transition to deployment.
  • Partner with internal teams including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Centers of Excellence to design solutions, optimize pricing, and support successful customer outcomes.
  • Create data-driven proposals, financial models, executive presentations, and ROI analyses using tools such as Salesforce, Proposify, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and performance tracking against revenue and margin objectives.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to increase market presence and generate new opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve pricing strategies, payment structures, and recurring revenue potential.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing market insights and contributing to sales processes and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience in commercial sales.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or business development with a proven history of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying, hunter-style sales role focused on revenue growth and new business acquisition.
  • Experience selling technology solutions, hardware platforms, SaaS products, or recurring revenue-based offerings.
  • Background selling into industries such as commercial real estate, hospitality, healthcare, transportation, or mixed-use environments is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, ROI analysis, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and complex deal structures.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar platforms for pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for senior decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize opportunities using market insights and pipeline data.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for creating executive-level proposals and presentations.
  • Experience with proposal management tools such as Proposify is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, accountability, organization, and ability to operate independently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, finance, operations, and technical teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% as required.
  • Must reside in the East Coast region of the United States.
