Role OverviewAs a Product Owner (EMI), you will take ownership of multiple Electronic Money Institution (EMI) product domains, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer value while supporting business growth, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
Working closely with engineering, compliance, operations, finance, commercial teams, and external partners, you will translate business objectives into actionable product backlogs and deliver high-impact solutions across the entire customer journey. You will also provide guidance to junior product team members and contribute to the long-term evolution of ACE's product ecosystem.
Product PrinciplesEvery product initiative is driven by four key principles.
Customer FirstBuild products that deliver a seamless, secure, and intuitive experience across onboarding, digital accounts, wallets, cards, payments, and customer servicing. Continuously identify opportunities to reduce friction, improve activation, increase engagement, and lower customer support dependency.
Evidence-Based DecisionsPrioritise initiatives using measurable customer and business insights, including conversion funnels, transaction success rates, operational efficiency, product adoption, customer behaviour, and revenue performance. Every feature should have clearly defined success metrics before development and measurable outcomes after release.
Practical InnovationLeverage automation, AI-driven capabilities, intelligent workflows, experimentation, and scalable platform improvements to strengthen compliance, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and create new commercial opportunities.
Scalable DistributionDesign reusable, API-enabled product capabilities that can be deployed efficiently across multiple markets, partners, and channels rather than building market-specific solutions.
