We require security clearance for this role, you must be an Australian citizen to be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Account Director to lead our strategic Government relationships and play a key role in growing our Government business. - Lead a strategic accounts: strengthen multi-level engagement, uplift solution design, and drive retention and renewal outcomes.
- Grow accounts: identify new opportunities, shape go-to-market responses, and position our capability with senior stakeholders.
- Shape sales strategy : work closely with the Head of Federal Government and leadership team to develop tools, forecasts, and strategy that improve win rates and revenue outcomes.
- Provide commercial support: guide the team through renewals and negotiations for new solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships within the agency and partner ecosystem including with key stakeholders
- Strong Federal Government account management and sales experience.
- Hold a Government security clearance (or previously held)
- A background in ICT and/or security services (and an understanding of technology).
- Commercial acumen with the ability to turn data into insight.
- Advanced negotiation skills and experience supporting contract negotiations.
- Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution capability.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong experience in Bid writing
