The Program Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning technology platforms by coordinating stakeholders, managing initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable solutions.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for learning technology platforms, including Adobe Learning Manager (ALM), LMS solutions, and related digital learning tools.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, validate, and prioritize business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable documentation for Product and Engineering teams.
• Support roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and platform enhancement recommendations.
• Lead technology initiatives including platform migrations, automation projects, process improvements, and strategic enhancements.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for platform administration and collaborate with internal technology teams.
• Analyze current solutions, identify process gaps, and recommend future-state improvements.
• Drive adoption of new platform capabilities by communicating releases, features, and best practices to stakeholders.
• Manage user provisioning and administrative activities within learning technology ecosystems.
• Maintain application documentation, technical processes, and key business decisions.
• Utilize project management tools to track execution, provide status updates, and support delivery governance.
• Create and manage learning content within digital learning platforms when needed.
• Conduct research and analysis to support technology investments and future learning ecosystem strategies.

The ideal candidate has experience managing enterprise technology initiatives, strong knowledge of learning platforms, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

• 3–10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Architecture, Learning Technologies, Program Management, Business Analysis, or a related field.
• Experience working with Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) or other Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate knowledge effectively across teams.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results.
• Ability to facilitate technical discussions with stakeholders across different organizational levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and remove delivery roadblocks.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and business teams to implement technology solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project Management certification such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum is preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Connect, Qualtrics, SharePoint, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise, TidWit, or similar learning technologies is a plus.
• Experience supporting enterprise learning platforms, digital education environments, or subscription-based learning solutions is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
