Provide comprehensive, evidence-based dental care that builds trust and supports long-term patient health. You will:

• Diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and perform procedures within your training and scope of practice.
• Educate patients about treatment options and preventive care.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and treatment coordinators to deliver a positive patient experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical and safety standards.
• Support fellow team members and provide care across KDP locations as needed.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Wisconsin dental license in good standing, DEA registration, and current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to continued learning.
• Willingness and ability to work at multiple KDP offices in the Milwaukee area as needed.
