Guest Services Supervisor in Mears, Michigan at Grace Adventures

SUMMARY OF POSITION: Fulfill the ministry of Grace Adventures and provide a safe, Christian environment where families can be impacted. This person is one of the first representatives of Dunes Harbor Family Camp and will be expected to serve guests by maintaining a standard of excellence in the welcome center. This person must demonstrate strong computer, organization, and customer service skills to carry out the mission of Grace Adventures through the ministry's purpose.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the registration process by managing the registration grid
• Assist in coordination of inventory, maintaining and ordering registration supplies
• Manager on Duty Responsibilities
• Assist with equipping welcome center staff to be successful in their position
• Supervision of staff in area of responsibility
• All other duties as assigned by the Dunes Harbor Family Camp Director

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To serve guests by maintaining a standard of excellence in office management and customer service
• Understand the Grace Adventures ministry and be supportive of its goals
• Understand the reservation system and process

RESPONSIBLE TO: Dunes Harbor Family Camp Director

REPORTS TO: Dunes Harbor Family Camp Director

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum age: 21
• Have a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Strong Worldview
• An attitude of excellence in workmanship
• A supportive attitude to the needs of staff, guests, and the goals of the organization
• An ability to direct and supervise the energies of staff and volunteers
• A desire to learn and develop new skills
• Self-disciplined and self-motivated
• Ability to communicate well
• Good health and stamina are required to implement campground programming. This will involve long hours and lifting at times.
