We design, manufacture, and support a complete range of compact equipment — including compact track loaders, mini excavators, wheel loaders, and construction equipment — for markets such as construction, landscaping, utility, land management, and agriculture. Products are sold primarily through a third-party, independent dealer network.

The Dealer Sales Administrator – Logistics plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the flow of products from the sales generated by the commercial team to our dealers and customers. This position is focused on driving operational excellence and optimizing logistics processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

· Align transportation plans with production schedules and external 3PL warehouse operations.

· Coordinate with the Sales Administration team and dealers to schedule shipments and ensure timely delivery.

· Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, shipment scheduling, and delivery tracking.

· Coordinate shipping documentation and cross-border requirements with appropriate internal teams, customs brokers, and logistics partners.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners.

· Identify and resolve shipment delays, transportation exceptions, freight damage, and claims; promptly escalate material risks.

· Monitor freight costs and optimize transportation methods to reduce expenses while maintaining service levels.

· Develop, implement, and maintain logistics performance KPIs.

· Track and report logistics activities and KPIs, providing insights to management for decision-making.

· Lead initiatives to improve logistics processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.

· Build expertise in export logistics to better support customers outside North America.

· Develop expertise in EPA import-processing requirements.

Requirements:

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field, or equivalent college experience; previous experience in a customer-facing role required.

· Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations management, with focus on both inbound and outbound logistics.

· Experience in working with 3PL providers and warehouse operations.

· Proficiency in logistics software and tools (ERP system, etc.)

· Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management and transportation logistics.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills; organizational and planning skills with a focus on detail; a self-starter with strong customer service skills; able to interact appropriately with others in stressful and busy situations; regular and reliable attendance required.

· A commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

· Primarily a plant/office environment; ability to work 8+ hours per day and navigate all areas of the building and facility as needed.
