About The Role
The Hybrid Practice Development Manager (PDM) is a field-based, full-time rep responsible for both capital sales and practice development. You will be responsible for closing new placements for AuraLux in your territory and then staying invested in making those accounts successful long after the deal closes.
If you have a background in aesthetic device sales and have always wished you could stay more connected to your accounts after the sale, or if you are on the practice development side and are ready to take on a commercial role with real revenue ownership, we want to hear from you.
The Hybrid PDM ensures that every practice doesn’t just own our device but thrives because of their partnership with Acclaro. Success in this role is measured not only by device installations competed, but by practice transformation achieved, utilization rates sustained and recurring revenue generated through deep value delivery.
What You'll Do
1) Prospect, develop, and close new device placements for AuraLux in your territory
2) Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through contract execution
3) Build and maintain a pipeline that supports quarterly revenue targets
4) Represent Acclaro at industry events, tradeshows, and local market activations
5) Practice Integration and Onboarding
. Conduct Full-Day Brand Integration Workshops
. Facilitate with entire practice team (not just provider)
. Lead brand discovery exercises to understand practice identity
. Co-create unique positioning statements
. Establish team role and responsibilities (front desk vs consultant vs provider)
6) Clinical Confidence
. Provide hands-on Clinical Support
7) Business Systems Implementation
8) Event Support & Practice Activation
Core Competencies Required
· 5+ years in medical aesthetics, medical device, or a related clinical sales environment
· Demonstrated track record closing capital equipment deals
· Experience training or supporting practices post-sale, not just handing off
· Comfort running workshops, leading team meetings, and presenting to practice owners
· Bachelor degree in business, healthcare, life sciences, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
· Clinical Background: (RN, MA, esthetician or similar)
· Business consulting or practice management experience
· Teaching or coaching experience/certification
· Aesthetic device expertise (lasers, energy-based devices)
· Previous PDM, CSM or similar role in medical device industry
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the Atlanta area and surrounding region as required.
