CodeSignal is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to own the revenue marketing engine that drives pipeline, MQLs, and measurable growth across our target markets.
Reporting to the CMO, you'll lead campaign strategy and execution across the full demand generation funnel (from awareness through conversion and pipeline acceleration) with a direct focus on HR tech and workforce technology buyers. You'll sit as a peer to our Brand and Product Marketing leaders, partnering closely with Sales to align on pipeline targets, strategy, campaigns, funnel accountability, and performance. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute.

Own Pipeline and Revenue Marketing
- Own end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution across integrated campaigns, ABM, email and nurture, content syndication, and lifecycle marketing
- Carry, track, and report on a marketing-sourced pipeline number to senior leadership, with visibility into MQL volume, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, ROI, and pipeline contribution
- Build and scale campaign infrastructure capable of supporting aggressive pipeline growth — including nearly 3x targets in year one
- Run A/B testing and continuous experimentation across campaigns, email, landing pages, and messaging to drive funnel improvement
- Own new logo targets and expansion within our customer base
- Collaborate as a peer with Brand Marketing and Product Marketing leaders to align messaging, targeting, and campaign timing
- Drive integrated campaign execution across channels while coordinating with our digital agency for paid media and ad buying (handled externally)
- Collaborate with Events Marketing for promotion, on-site conversion and follow-up. This will be across major events and field events.
- Lead a lean team of two — a Growth Marketer and a Demand Generation Specialist — with an explicit expectation to scale impact through AI agents and workflow automation rather than headcount growth.
- Lead and grow a team spanning campaign management, ABM, and lifecycle marketing
- Own the demand generation budget, including forecasting, pacing, and performance-based reallocation toward highest-ROI channels
- Manage vendor and agency relationships to ensure aligned, efficient execution
- 6–9 years of Product Marketing experience in high-growth B2B tech, with proven ownership of a product line or suite.
- Demonstrated success building and executing complete PMM programs including messaging, positioning, competitive intelligence, enablement, and content strategy.
- Strong storytelling skills with an ability to translate technical products into compelling, differentiated narratives that resonate with executives and practitioners alike.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality, high-impact messaging ranging from strategic product narratives to deal-closing BOFU assets.
- Slide expert that can effectively articulate narrative via presentations.
