Dovida is seeking a dedicated Care Manager Team Leader to join our team based in Scoresby. In this key role, youll support and lead our Care Management team, helping to shape and enhance the client experience across Melbourne Outer East Region.
You will be responsible for mentoring, guiding, and motivating Care Managers to reach both individual and team objectives. Through your leadership, youll cultivate a high-performing, client-centred culture that ensures the delivery of exceptional, person-focused care aligned with Dovidas values and purpose.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the business as a professional leader in aged care and advocate for our brand within the community.
- Provide daily leadership to Care Managers to support an effective caregiver workforce and ensure client satisfaction.
- Review clients to drive business growth, implement strategies for future growth, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage care operations and maintain accurate client records in RMS, My Aged Care, and the Aged Care Provider portal, including new clients, discharges, and monthly claims.
- Review and approve Care Plans, ensuring clinical needs and management plans are recorded and addressed appropriately.
About you
- Tertiary qualification in a health-related field (e.g. social work, allied health).
- Understanding of Aged Care and Disability related legislation and regulations for home care services
- Experience in identifying, coordinating, and managing care services for home care clients preferably in Aged Care
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills including a high-level computer and accurate data entry skills.
- Must hold a valid Australian Drivers License as some travel might be required for this role.
