One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to support our growing Outer Banks team. We are looking for a motivated installer who can take ownership of jobs in the field, lead install crews effectively, and consistently deliver clean, high-quality installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC changeouts and system installations
• Oversee install helpers and maintain job efficiency
• Ensure installations are completed properly and on schedule
• Maintain professional communication with homeowners and management
• Keep vehicles, tools, and job sites clean and organized

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC install experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Strong leadership and field problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
