This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service accross a variety of inbound communication channels, supporting both customers and staff by resolving routine account related requests, answering questions, and completing service related tasks. The role also supports customers with a wide range of bank products and services, including deposit and loan accounts, digital channels and payment services.
